We did a market survey to create the awareness of this type of structures and found that that there is a misconception about the actual utility of this product. Some people thought it is costly without knowing that life of these shades can be compared to solid wood or casting shades. But Ferrari has come out with a new PVDF(Poly Vinyledene Fluoride) coated PVC fabric, a Fluoropolymer similar to PTFE. Ferrari has two types of PVDF coated fabric; one is S series and the other one is T2 series. The S series PVDF coated fabric is a direct weldable fabric without grinding. The T2 series fabric is not directly weldable.

Mehler Texnologies is famous for its weldable PVDF coated membrane. Mehler is using five components in between Top Coating Lacquer and PVC Coating. That is why this is a good weldable fabric, and it can be used by us without further modification while fabrication.

We normally fabricate 3 types of Tensile Structure. One is hyperbolic paraboloid; second one is conical form and the third one is arc supported or barrel form. These are very sustainable structure completely designed by the computer software. This is a complete environment friendly product that permits maximum light transmission, complete fire retardant and it reduces the varieties of raw material usage.
